Q- Do you have any showroom in Bangladesh? Is there an opportunity to see the product before buying?

Answer: We have an expert buying team in China who check the quality of the products upon receipt of the goods from merchant companies to our warehouse. Q: How about shipping or delivery charges?
Answer: If you select the product type (color/size) you will be shown the shipping cost on the website. We charge you only international (China to Bangladesh) shipping charges. We do not charge for local delivery. Our shipping charges are very low compared to DHL/Fedex.
Question: Why don't you have cash on delivery facility? Why do you have to pay the advance price of the product?
A: Why we are exceptional: We do business with thousands of brands and merchant companies in China. Also we do not warehouse the goods in Bangladesh. As a result, we keep product prices limited and can deliver fresh products every day.

Answer: Right now our home delivery service is available only in Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet. In other cities we deliver the product to the customer's nearest office through SA Paribahan. Soon more cities will be added to our home delivery service map.
Q: What do I need to do to take delivery of the product by a courier service other than your designated SA Paribahan?
Answer: If SA Paribahan service is not available in your area, you can choose either Continental or Sundarban Courier service.
Q: Do I have to pay any additional tax?
Answer: For most products the answer is no. That is, you don't have to pay any additional customs or taxes. Shadmart will bear these expenses for you.
If there is any additional tax in case of higher priced products like television, motorcycle etc. the customer will have to pay it. We will inform the customer while confirming the order.
